The Help Desk provides expert assistance to callers to help resolve problems and assist with administration duties. Typically, issues can be resolved on the telephone, thus avoiding expensive on-premise service calls and providing quicker response times.

  • Telecare Priority One customers receive unlimited access to the Help Desk.
  • Telecare Guardian One customers receive limited access to the Help Desk.
  • Customers without support plans have access to the Help Desk on an hourly billable basis.
