Administrative Training:  

We offer three different levels of system administrative training:

Basic: This training covers simple day-to-day administrative tasks such as adding or changing users.

Standard: The system administrator is trained on all aspects of basic system administration and maintenance

Advanced: This class is for the administrative person that wants to "take charge" of their phone system and only rely on the vendor for the most complex of activities.
