Effective project management is at the core of every successful project.   Proper project management is the key to meeting required due dates, minimizing risk and reducing business disruption.

How the process works:

The process begins with your salesperson who works with you to define the overall scope of the project. Next, a Project Manager is assigned to develop and complete the implementation project plan. On your end, you'll also need someone in the role of the internal manager for the project. These two people jointly plan the work, and then work the plan until implementation is completed successfully.

Project Management responsibilities include:

• Coordinating and facilitating project meetings
• Developing a detailed project schedule with task and resource assignments and deadlines
• System design
• Database collection
• Scheduling resources
• Coordination with circuit providers
• Supervising the installation & cutover process
• Planning and implementing training program
• Ensuring post-installation cut coverage
