The Messaging headers are displayed on the PC screen along with any email and fax message headers. Users can see at a glance how many messages they have, as well as certain message details, especially where Calling Line ID is in use. This means users can choose which messages are more important to them and manage their time based on their priorities. Also, with Unified Messaging, users can easily save messages to a folder or file.
