Overview: hosted PBX does require less support than the old-fashioned premise PBX for certain.  However, there is still a need to administer and manage any type of phone system. Tasks include adding and removing users, call handling modifications and the inevitable troubleshooting when something goes wrong. Getting timely and quality support is key to a reliable hosted PBX.
