My true love thought that it would be very helpful that when a phone call comes in, a Google map pops up on my screen, showing the geographic location of the caller.

Knowing where the call is originating can tell me quite a bit of information: 

• Do I know a customer in that area?   

• Do I have salespeople assigned to that territory?  If it’s a new prospect or customer, I can mention the weather or throw in a comment about their area sports team.

Google maps popping up on incoming phone calls.  That just might beat out two turtle doves. Ah, the pleasures of yet another easy VoIP solution.
